By using PDF Time Machine (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

PDF Time Machine reads a PDF file you choose, entirely inside your browser, and attempts to reconstruct earlier revisions still physically present inside the file's raw bytes (typical of PDFs saved incrementally). It then lets you preview or download those earlier versions. No file is uploaded to a server as part of this process — see the Privacy Policy for details.

You're responsible for the PDF files you process with the Service and for having the right to access, view, and download every revision contained in them. Don't use the Service to bypass access restrictions on a file you're not authorized to view, or in any way that infringes someone else's rights or violates applicable law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PDF revision recovery depends on how a given file was saved and isn't guaranteed to succeed, be complete, or be accurate for every file — always verify a recovered version before relying on it for anything important.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PDF Time Machine and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or loss of a PDF's content.

The Service may change or stop being available at any time. These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version always applies, and material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
